Topic: creation of autonomy insurance
Position
The decision taken by the assembly was ultimately adisagreementwith the proposed text. The assemblers are thereforeversusthe proposal for the reasons given in the argument above.
Current situation
On May 6, 2021, the members of the "Health and Assistance to Persons" Commission of the common community commission discussed the proposed ordinance.The whole proposal is rejected by 8 votes against 1 and 3 abstentions.

On May 28, 2021, the general discussion took place in plenary. Among other interventions, the deputy for Agora, Pepijn Kennis, presented the analysis and the reasons that led to the rejection of the text by the Brussels Citizens' Assembly. As regards the committee's conclusions, which also tend to reject the text, 60 members voted in favour, 5 against and 14 members abstained. They have therefore been endorsed by the Joint Assembly of the Common Community Commission (ARCCC).The text was therefore rejected.

Theme: fight against cyberviolence
Position

Current situation
On May 25, the text was discussed in the “Equal opportunities and women’s rights” commission. Among other interventions, the Agora deputy, Pepijn Kennis, exposed the enthusiasm of the ACB and its analysis which led to the introduction of the two amendments. These were co-signed by the original custodians of the text.
Because another text dealing with a related issue (that of revenge porn, document A-211/1, tabled by Ms Lefranck Véronique of the CdH) was simultaneously considered, the vote for each of them was postponed for a week. .
On June 1, the “cyberviolence” text was voted on in committee. The amendments proposed by the ACB were voted unanimously. The text as amended was accepted with 10 votes in favor and 2 abstentions.

On June 11, the report of the commission is presented in plenary session. Mandated by the ACB, the elected representative of Agora, Pepijn Kennis, describes the position of the ACB and its motivations.The amended text was accepted by the Brussels Parliamentwith 65 votes for and 20 abstentions.

Current situation
These questions were tabled in parliament on May 31, then deemed admissible as of June 2. June 28,the competent Minister, Mr. Pascal Smet, answered the questionin the Committee on European Questions.
